Notices; Disbursement. Whenever the Borrower desires a Swingline Borrowing hereunder it shall give irrevocable notice to the Swingline Lender not later than 1:00 p.m. on the date of the requested Swingline Borrowing in the form of a Committed Loan Notice. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions set forth herein, the Swingline Lender shall initiate the transfer of funds representing such Borrowing to the Borrower by 3:00 p.m. on the Business Day specified by the Borrower in the applicable Committed Loan Notice.
