Notices by the Agent or a Bank. In the event that the Agent or any Bank takes any action or gives any consent or notice provided for by this Agreement, notice of such action, consent or notice shall be given forthwith to all the Banks by the Agent or the Bank taking such action or giving such consent or notice, provided that the failure to give any such notice shall not invalidate any such action, consent or notice in respect of the Company.
