Notices and Delivery. Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, any consent, notice or other communication herein required or permitted to be given shall be in writing and may be personally served, telecopied or sent by courier service or United States mail and shall be deemed to have been given when delivered in person or by courier service, upon receipt of a telecopy or if deposited in the United States mail (registered or certified, with postage prepaid and properly addressed) upon receipt or refusal to accept delivery. Notices to Agent, Swingline Lender or Issuing Lender pursuant to Article II shall not be effective until received by Agent, Swingline Lender or Issuing Lender, as applicable.
