Common use of NOTICE TO CUSTOMER Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO CUSTOMER. The CPA may provide notice to the Customer in any of the following ways: (a) mail or email to the address noted in the “Contact Information” section of this Contract, (b) posting notices or signs in the Parking Lot, (c) posting notices on the CPA website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, or (d) any combination of the preceding subsections (a)-(c).
