Common use of Notice to Centrelink Clause in Contracts

Notice to Centrelink. Where a decision has been made to terminate team members in the circumstances outlined in sub-clause 4.7.1, Target shall notify the Centrelink as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number of categories of the team members likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.
