Common use of NOTICE TO BUYER OF LABOR DISPUTES Clause in Contracts

NOTICE TO BUYER OF LABOR DISPUTES. Whenever Seller has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this contract, Seller shall immediately give notice thereof, including all relevant information, whether Buyer has requested such status or not. When requested by Buyer, Seller will in a timely manner provide status on labour contracts and pending negotiations and prepare a contingency plan including incurred costs to address potential disruptions to the satisfaction of Buyer acting reasonably. Whenever Seller has knowledge that any actual or potential labor dispute is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this contract, Seller shall immediately give notice thereof, including all relevant information, to Buyer.
