Notice Regarding Infringement. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Party in writing upon learning that a Third Party may potentially be infringing, misappropriating or otherwise violating any Intellectual Property licensed under this Agreement, which notice shall set forth in reasonable detail the identity of the suspected infringer and nature of suspected infringement.
