Common use of Notice of Violation Program Clause in Contracts

Notice of Violation Program. According to the Aviation Department’s Rule and Regulation 03-07 and Notice of Violation Program, this Lease is subject to suspension or revocation for any violation of the Aviation Department’s Rules and Regulations, including the operation of any unauthorized commercial activity on the Premises or the failure to comply with any Applicable Law.
