Any termination by the Company of the Executive’s employment by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof or by the Executive (other than termination by reason of the due to Executive’s death) Disability pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof, shall be communicated to Executive by written Notice of Termination to the other party of this Agreement.
