Common use of Notice of Sale to Tenants Clause in Contracts

Notice of Sale to Tenants. Seller will join with Purchaser in executing a notice, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Seller and Purchaser (the “Tenant Notices of Sale”), which Purchaser shall send to the tenants under the Leases informing the tenant of the sale of the Property and of the assignment to and assumption by Purchaser of Seller’s interest in the Leases and directing that all rent and other sums payable for periods after the Closing under the Leases shall be paid as set forth in said notice;
