NOTICE OF PROPOSED EXTENSIONS OF EXPIRY. DATES. The relevant LC Issuing Bank shall give the Administrative Agent at least three Domestic Business Days' notice before such LC Issuing Bank extends (or allows an automatic extension of) the expiry date of any Letter of Credit issued by it. Such notice shall identify such Letter of Credit, the date on which it is to be extended (or the last day on which notice can be given to prevent such extension) and the date to which it is to be extended. Promptly after it receives such notice, the Administrative Agent shall notify each Lender of the contents thereof. No LC Issuing Bank shall extend (or allow the extension of) the expiry date of any Letter of Credit if:
