NOTICE OF PLEDGE. Debtor will: (i) cause Debtor’s internal system to identify each Consumer Loan is pledged by Debtor; and (ii) after the occurrence and during the continuation of an Event of Default, upon written request from Lender, cause each Consumer Loan Note evidencing a Consumer Loan to have conspicuously printed thereon the notation providing notice that such Consumer Loan Note has been pledged by Debtor to Lender.
