Notice of Non-Compliance. Any property owner or subsequent transferee of an interest in the property shall notify the Department as soon as possible of conditions which would constitute a breach of the activity and use limitations in paragraph eight (8) if they have actual knowledge of these conditions or would reasonably be deemed to have knowledge within the normal course of administration of their property interest.
