Common use of Notice of Non-Compliance Clause in Contracts

Notice of Non-Compliance. You will promptly notify Oracle if You cannot comply, or have reason to believe that You cannot comply, with: (a) Your obligations under this Agreement; (b) the Rules; or (c) Your obligations as a data Controller of Personal Data. You agree to promptly notify Oracle if You become aware of any circumstances or changes in the Rules that may prevent You from fulfilling Your obligations under this Agreement and the Rules. You must promptly take steps to remedy any non-compliance with this Agreement or Rules. Oracle may exercise its termination and suspension rights under this Agreement upon notice of any non-compliance with this Agreement or the Rules.
