Notice of Liens. The Seller shall notify the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee promptly after becoming aware of any Lien on any of the Recovery Property, other than the conveyances hereunder, any Lien under the Basic Documents or any Lien under or in accordance with Section 850.3(g) of the Wildfire Financing Law created in favor of the Indenture Trustee for the benefit of the Holders.
