Notice of Intent to Make Claim. A. If OWNER and DESIGN/BUILDER are unable to agree as to the extent, if any, of an adjustment in the Contract Price or an adjustment of the Contract Times that should be allowed as a result of any order of OWNER pursuant to paragraph 9.01.A or other occurrence for which the Contract Documents provide that such adjustment(s) may be made, a claim may be made therefor. Written notice of intent to make such a claim shall be submitted to the other party promptly and in no event more than thirty (30) days after the start of the occurrence or event giving rise to the claim.
