Notice of Infringement. Reseller will promptly notify BluBØX of any actual, threatened or suspected infringement of the BluBØX Marks or BluBØX’s other Intellectual Property Rights relating to the Products, as well as any claims or allegations that the Products infringe the rights of any third party.
