NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS. 17.1 Subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, an annual A general meeting and all other general meetings shall be called by at least such minimum notice as is required or permitted by the Companies Acts. The period of notice as shall in either case be exclusive of the day on which it is prescribed served or deemed to be served and of the day on which the meeting is to be held and shall be given to all members other than those who are not entitled to receive such notices from the Company. The Company may give such notice by any means or combination of means permitted under by the Companies ActActs.
