Common use of Notice of Deferral of Payments Clause in Contracts

Notice of Deferral of Payments. as soon as practicable after becoming aware that any part of a payment of interest on the Notes will be deferred or that a payment previously deferred will be made in accordance with CONDITION 4, give notice thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with CONDITION 14 and, for so long as the Notes are listed on the official list of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities, in accordance with the listing rules of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and the rules of the London Stock Exchange;
