Common use of Notice of Deferral of Payments Clause in Contracts

Notice of Deferral of Payments. as soon as practicable after becoming aware that any part of a payment of interest on the Current Issuer Notes will be deferred or that a payment previously deferred will be made in accordance with Condition 4 (Interest), give notice thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with the Current Issuer Conditions and, for so long as the Current Issuer Notes are listed on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading by the London Stock Exchange and/or such other exchange(s) or securities market(s) upon which the Current Issuer Notes may become listed, to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange and/or such other exchange(s) or securities market(s);
