Common use of Notice of Commitment Amount Clause in Contracts

Notice of Commitment Amount. The Company shall deliver to the Investor a notice setting forth the Commitment Amount at least 10 business days prior to the Closing (the "Commitment Amount Notice"); provided, however, that, the Company shall be entitled until the Closing Date to amend the Commitment Amount Notice to reduce the Commitment Amount.
