Common use of Notice of Changes Clause in Contracts

Notice of Changes. CE maintains a copy of its Notice of Privacy Practices on its website. CE shall provide Associate with any changes in, or revocation of, permission to use or disclose Protected Information, to the extent that it may affect Associate’s permitted or required uses or disclosures. To the extent that it may affect Associate’s permitted use or disclosure of PHI, CE shall notify Associate of any restriction on the use or disclosure of Protected Information that CE has agreed to in accordance with 45 C.F.R. Section 164.522.
