NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SCHEDULE. Not less than fourteen (14) calendar days written notice shall be given before change of schedule.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SCHEDULE. Where a work schedule change is made for a one (1) to four (4) day period and is necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the Employer, the employee must be notified before normal quitting time on the day previous to the change. Otherwise, three (3) working days’ notice shall be given. Where the change is for a period of greater than four (4) working days, the employee shall be notified one (1) calendar week previous to the change. Where the above notice is not given, double (2X) time shall be paid for all hours worked on the first day of the change.
NOTICE OF CHANGE OF SCHEDULE. At least seven days (168 hours) posted notice of change of work schedule will be given except in cases of emergency. Where such notice is not posted, employee will be given eight (8) hours of pay in addition to that otherwise entitled, except where notice is not possible because of emergency.
