Notice of Breach of Representations and Warranties. The Borrower shall promptly (and in no event later than five Business Days following actual knowledge thereof) inform the Lender and the Master Servicer of any breach of covenants or representations and warranties hereunder and under the RPTA, including, without limitation, upon discovery of a breach of the Eligibility Criteria set forth in Exhibit VI hereof and thereof.
