Notice of an Rescission Event. In order to enforce a rescission of this Agreement, the party seeking to enforce rescission must provide notice to the other party reasonably detailing the Rescission Event and providing the other party not less than ten days to cure the Rescission Event (the “Cure Period”). If this Rescission Event is not cured within the Cure Period, the party giving notice may declare this Agreement rescinded by giving notice to the other party or parties. The curing of a Rescission Event during the Cure Period shall not prohibit a party from declaring another or subsequent Rescission Event.
