Notice of an Exercise Event. The Company shall, as soon as practicable after the occurrence of an Exercise Event, send or cause to be sent to each holder of Warrants and to each beneficial owner of the Warrants with respect to which such Exercise Event has occurred to the extent that the Warrants are held of record by a depositary or other agent (with a copy to the Warrant Agent), by first-class mail, at the addresses appearing on the Warrant Register, a notice prepared by the Company advising such holder of the Exercise Event which has occurred, which notice shall describe the type of Exercise Event and the date of the occurrence thereof, as applicable, and, in either case, the date of expiration of the right to exercise the Warrants prominently set forth in the face of such notice.
