Notice Irrevocable. Other than any Notice of Borrowing for a Base Rate Loan made on or prior to the Closing Date, any Notice of Borrowing made pursuant to Section 2.4(a) shall be irrevocable. The Borrower shall be bound to borrow the funds requested therein in accordance therewith.
