Common use of Notice by the Company without Cause Clause in Contracts

Notice by the Company without Cause. Inland Management can terminate Executive’s employment and the Term without Cause by providing 60 days’ advance written notice to Executive of such intent, with the last day of Executive’s employment being the end of such 60- day notice period. At Inland Management’s option, it may place Executive on a paid leave of absence for all or part of such notice period.
