The Agent shall have received (with, in the case of the initial Revolving Loan only, a copy for each Bank) a Notice of Borrowing or a Notice of Conversion/Continuation, as applicable or in the case of any Issuance of any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Bank and the Agent shall have received an L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.2;
