Notice and Confirmations. (a) Except as provided in Section 7.07(b) below and except in the case of Proper Instructions or Special Instructions, notices and other writings contemplated by this Agreement shall be delivered by hand or by facsimile transmission (provided that in the case of delivery by facsimile transmission, notice shall also be mailed postage prepaid) to the parties at the following addresses:
