Common use of NOTEHOLDER REPORT Clause in Contracts

NOTEHOLDER REPORT. (i) The Trustee (or the Manager on its behalf) shall deliver to the Principal Paying Agent and the Note Trustee on each Collection Determination Date the Noteholders Report for the related Collection Period, with written instructions for the Note Trustee and the Principal Paying Agent to forward the Noteholders Report to each US$ Noteholder. (ii) Each Noteholder Report shall contain the information set out in Schedule 2.
