Note Principal Sample Clauses

Note Principal. After payment of the amounts specified in -------------- clauses (i) through (vii) above, to the Note Distribution Account, the lesser of (1) the Formula Principal Distribution Amount and any Unpaid Formula Principal Shortfall, and (2) the Total Note Principal Distribution Amount.

Note Principal. The principal amount of each Note shall be four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000); however, in the event that the Purchaser does not exercise the Series Two Warrant, the principal amount of the last Note to be purchased may be less than $400,000.
