Note Funding Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.4 or elsewhere in this Indenture or the Notes, the transfer restrictions described herein shall apply only to the Noteholders and shall not apply to the Purchasers whose rights to transfer interests in the Notes are governed solely by Section 8 of the Note Funding Agreement.
