Common use of Note Document Clause in Contracts

Note Document. This Guaranty is a Note Document, as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement, and is subject to the provisions of the Note Purchase Agreement governing Note Documents. Each Guarantor hereby ratifies, confirms and approves the Note Purchase Agreement and the other Note Documents and, in particular, any provisions thereof which relate to such Guarantor.

Note Document. This Guaranty is a Note Document, as defined in the Note Purchase Agreement, and is subject to the provisions of the Note Purchase Agreement governing Note Documents. Each Guarantor hereby ratifies, confirms and approves the Note Purchase Agreement Agreement, the Notes and the other Note Documents and, in particular, any provisions thereof which relate to such Guarantor.
