Common use of Notarization Clause in Contracts

Notarization. 1. If any party to this Contract makes a notarization request, it shall be notarized at the notarial authority specified by the state. 2. If Party B makes a request for a notarial certificate with compulsory execution effect, Party A agrees that Party B may apply to the notarial agency for a notarial certificate with compulsory execution effect with this Contract, and the notarization fee paid for the compulsory execution notarization shall be borne by [/].
