Not Partners; No Third Party Beneficiaries. The relationship of Lenders and Borrower is that of lenders and borrower only, and neither is a fiduciary, partner or joint venturer of the other for any purpose. This Agreement has been executed for the sole benefit of Lenders, and no third party is authorized to rely upon Lenders' rights or duties hereunder.
Not Partners; No Third Party Beneficiaries. Nothing contained herein or in any related document shall be deemed to render Lender a partner of Borrower for any purpose. This Loan Agreement has been executed for the sole benefit of Lender, and no third party is authorized to rely upon Lender's rights hereunder or to rely upon an assumption that Lender has or will exercise its rights under this Loan Agreement or under any document referred to herein.

This Amendment has been executed for the sole benefit of the parties hereto and there are no third party beneficiaries hereof.

This Guaranty and any documents securing the Guaranteed Obligations has been executed for the sole benefit of HRCP as an inducement to cause it to allow access to and use of its chassis to Borrower, and neither Guarantor nor any other third party is authorized to rely upon HRCP’s rights hereunder or to rely upon an assumption that HRCP has or will exercise its rights under any document.

This Agreement has been executed for the sole benefit of Lender and Crown and there are no third party beneficiaries hereof.

This Guaranty has been executed for the sole benefit of Landlord as an inducement to cause Landlord to purchase the property subject to the Lease and to enter into the Lease with Tenant, and neither Guarantor nor any other third party is authorized to rely upon Landlord’s rights hereunder or to rely upon an assumption that Landlord has or will exercise its rights under any document.

This Agreement has been executed for the sole benefit of Purchasers, and no third party is authorized to rely upon Purchaser's rights hereunder or to rely upon an assumption that Purchasers have or will exercise their rights under this Agreement or under any document referred to herein.

This Agreement has been executed for the sole benefit of Secured Party and its assignees, and no other third party is authorized to rely upon Secured Party's rights hereunder or to rely upon an assumption that Secured Party has or will exercise its rights under this Agreement or under any document referred to herein.

Except as described in the immediately succeeding sentence, this Agreement has been executed for the sole benefit of Lender, and no third party is authorized to rely upon Lender's rights or duties hereunder.
