Normal Usage Sample Clauses
The "Normal Usage" clause defines the standard or expected manner in which a product, service, or asset should be used under the terms of an agreement. It typically outlines the conditions or limitations for use, specifying that the item must be operated according to manufacturer guidelines or industry standards. For example, a leased vehicle must be driven within specified mileage limits and maintained regularly, or software must be used only for its intended business purposes. This clause serves to protect the provider or owner from liability or damages resulting from misuse, and ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of acceptable use, thereby reducing disputes over wear, damage, or improper operation.
