Common use of Normal Operations Clause in Contracts

Normal Operations. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 6.1), (a) carry on the businesses and activities of the Stations, including without limitation, the sale of advertising time, entering into other contracts and agreements, or purchasing and scheduling of programming, in the Ordinary Course of Business; (b) pay or otherwise satisfy all obligations (cash and barter) of the Stations in the Ordinary Course of Business; (c) maintain its books of account, records, and files in substantially the same manner as heretofore; (d) maintain its Assets in customary repair, maintenance and condition, except to the extent of normal wear and tear, and repair or replace, consistently with the Ordinary Course of Business, any Asset that may be damaged or destroyed and (e) continue to collect and write-off Accounts Receivables in the Ordinary Course of Business.
