Common use of Normal Operations Clause in Contracts

Normal Operations. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, SECTION 6.1) (i) carry on the business and activities of the Station in the Ordinary Course of Business; (ii) pay or otherwise satisfy all obligations (cash and barter) of the Station in the Ordinary Course of Business; (iii) maintain all Assets in customary repair, order and condition; and (iv) maintain their books of account, records, and files in substantially the same manner as heretofore maintained.

Normal Operations. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including, without limitation, SECTION Section 6.1) ), (ia) carry on the business and activities of the Station in the usual and Ordinary Course of BusinessBusiness in accordance with and subject to the Whitxxxxx Xxxe Brokerage Agreement; (iib) pay or otherwise satisfy in all material respects all obligations of Seller (cash and barter) of with respect to the Station in the Ordinary Course of Business; (iii) maintain all Assets in customary repair, order as they come due and conditionpayable; and (ivc) maintain their its books of account, records, and files relating to the Station in substantially the same manner as heretofore maintainedheretofore.
