Common use of Normal Daily Schedule Clause in Contracts

Normal Daily Schedule. The normal daily working hours shall be seven (7) hours per day and shall take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. or as modified below. The parameters for the scheduling of normal hours of work as set out above may be extended through to 10:00 pm with the agreement of the employee and the Employer.

(c) The parameters in (b) above may be further extended on occasion until midnight with the employee’s agreement and, where practical, the Union’s agreement. The Union will not unreasonably deny such requests.
