Normal Changes Clause Samples
The 'Normal Changes' clause defines the procedures and conditions under which routine or expected modifications to a contract or project may be made. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting, approving, and implementing changes that fall within the anticipated scope of work, such as minor adjustments to specifications, timelines, or deliverables. For example, it may specify that such changes require written notice and mutual agreement but do not necessitate a formal contract amendment. The core function of this clause is to provide a streamlined mechanism for handling everyday changes efficiently, reducing administrative burden and preventing disputes over minor modifications.
