Common use of Nonsolicitation Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation. During the Employment Term and for the Restricted Period following termination of the Employment Term, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, (i) employ, solicit for employment or otherwise contract for the services of any individual who is or was an employee of the Company or any Affiliate during the Employment Term; (ii) otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or an Affiliate to leave the employ of the Company or such Affiliate, or in any way knowingly interfere with the relationship between the Company or any Affiliate and any employee respectively thereof; or (iii) induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, licensee or other business relation of the Company or any Affiliate to cease doing business with the Company or such Affiliate, or interfere in any way with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company or any Affiliate.

Nonsolicitation. During the Employment Term and for the Restricted Period following termination of the Employment Term, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, (i) employ, employ any individual who is or was an employee of the Company or any Affiliate during the Employment Term and who is or was granted options to purchase stock of an Affiliate or the Company or who is or was a party to an employment or severance agreement with the Company; (ii) solicit for employment or otherwise contract for the services of any individual who is or was an employee of the Company or any Affiliate during the Employment Term; (iiiii) otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or an Affiliate to leave the employ of the Company or such Affiliate, or in any way knowingly interfere with the relationship between the Company or any Affiliate and any employee respectively thereof; or (iiiiv) induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, licensee or other business relation of the Company or any Affiliate to cease doing business with the Company or such Affiliate, or interfere in any way with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company or any Affiliate.

Nonsolicitation. i. During the Employment Term and for the Restricted Period following termination of the Employment TermPeriod, the Executive shall not, not directly or indirectly, indirectly through another entity: (iA) employ, solicit for employment or otherwise contract for the services of any individual who is or was an employee of the Company or any Affiliate during the Employment Term; (ii) otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or an Affiliate any of its Affiliates to leave the employ of the Company or such Affiliateany of its Affiliates, or in any way knowingly interfere with the relationship between the Company or any Affiliate its Affiliates and any employee respectively thereof; thereof or (iiiB) hire any person who was an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates within 180 days after such person ceased to be an employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates. ii. During the Restricted Period, Executive shall not directly or indirectly through another entity, induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, licensee or other business relation of the Company or any Affiliate of its Affiliates to cease doing business with the Company or such Affiliate, Affiliates or interfere in any way interfere with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company or any Affiliatesuch Affiliates.

Nonsolicitation. During the Employment Term and for the Restricted Period following termination of the Employment Term, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, (i) employemploy , solicit for employment or otherwise contract for the services of any individual who is or was an employee of the Company or any Affiliate during the Employment Term; (ii) otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or an Affiliate to leave the employ of the Company or such Affiliate, or in any way knowingly interfere with the relationship between the Company or any Affiliate and any employee respectively thereof; or (iii) induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, licensee or other business relation of the Company or any Affiliate to cease doing business with the Company or such Affiliate, or interfere in any way with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company or any Affiliate.

Nonsolicitation. During the Employment Term and for the Restricted Period following termination of the Employment Term, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, and any entity to which Executive is providing services shall not, directly or indirectly, (i) employ, solicit for employment or otherwise contract for the services of any individual who is or was an employee of the Company or any Affiliate during the Employment TermCompany; (ii) otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or an Affiliate to leave the employ of the Company or such AffiliateCompany, or in any way knowingly interfere with the relationship between the Company or any Affiliate and any employee respectively thereof; or (iii) induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, licensee or other business relation of the Company or any Affiliate to cease doing business with the Company or such AffiliateCompany, or interfere in any way with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company or any AffiliateCompany.

Nonsolicitation. During the Employment Term and for the Restricted Period following termination of the Employment TermPeriod, the Executive Employee shall not, directly or indirectly, and any entity to which Employee is providing services shall not, directly or indirectly, (i) employ, solicit for employment or otherwise contract for the services of any individual who is or was within six months prior to such employment, solicitation, or contract, an employee of the Company or any Affiliate during the Employment TermCompany; (ii) otherwise induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or an Affiliate to leave the employ of the Company or such AffiliateCompany, or in any way knowingly interfere with the relationship between the Company or any Affiliate and any employee respectively thereof; or (iii) induce or attempt to induce any customer, supplier, licensee or other business relation of the Company or any Affiliate to cease doing business with the Company or such AffiliateCompany, or interfere in any way with the relationship between any such customer, supplier, licensee or business relation and the Company or any AffiliateCompany.
