Common use of Nonsolicitation Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation. During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, either by himself or by providing substantial assistance to others (i) solicit any employee of the Company to terminate employment with the Company, or (ii) employ or seek to employ, or cause or assist any other person, company, entity or business to employ or seek to employ, any individual who was an employee of Company as of Executive’s Date of Termination.

Nonsolicitation. During Executive’s Company Employment While employed by the Company, and for eighteen twelve (1812) months immediately following the Executive's termination of such employment for any reasonemployment, Executive shall notagrees not to interfere with the business of the Company by soliciting, directly attempting to solicit, inducing, or indirectly, either by himself or by providing substantial assistance to others (i) solicit otherwise causing any employee of the Company to terminate his or her employment with in order to become an employee, consultant or independent contractor to or for any competitor of the Company, or (ii) employ or seek to employ, or cause or assist any other person, company, entity or business to employ or seek to employ, any individual who was an employee of Company as of Executive’s Date of Termination.

Nonsolicitation. During Executive agrees that he shall not directly or indirectly during Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen one (181) months following the year after termination of such employment for any reason, Executive shall not, directly or indirectlyEmployment, either alone or through or in conjunction with any other person or entity employ, solicit, induce, or recruit, any person employed by himself or by providing substantial assistance to others (i) solicit any employee member of the Company to terminate employment with Group at any time within the Companyone (1) year period immediately preceding such employment, solicitation, inducement or (ii) employ or seek to employ, or cause or assist any other person, company, entity or business to employ or seek to employ, any individual who was an employee of Company as of Executive’s Date of Terminationrecruitment.

Nonsolicitation. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, on behalf of any Competitive Business, either by himself or by providing substantial assistance to others (i) others, solicit any employee of the Company to terminate employment with the Company, or (ii) employ to accept or seek begin employment with or service to employ, or cause or assist any other person, company, entity or business to employ or seek to employCompetitive Business, any individual who was an employee of the Company as whom Executive supervised or about whom Executive gained Confidential Information at any time during the last eighteen (18) months of Executive’s Date of Terminationemployment with the Company.

During Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reason, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, either by himself or by providing substantial assistance to others (i) solicit any employee of the Company to terminate employment with the Company, or (ii) employ or seek to employ, or cause or assist any other person, company, entity or business to employ or seek to employ, any individual who was an employee of the Company as of Executive’s Date of Termination.

Nonsolicitation. During his employment and for a period of one (1) year after the Executive’s Company Employment and for eighteen (18) months following the termination of such employment for any reasonreason of his employment (including the expiration of the Term), Executive shall will not, directly or indirectly, either by himself solicit, induce or by providing substantial assistance otherwise attempt to others influence (i) solicit any employee of the Company or any subsidiary or other affiliate thereof to terminate leave employment with the Company, therewith or (ii) employ any client of the Company for the purposes of providing products or seek to employ, or cause or assist any other person, company, entity or business to employ or seek to employ, any individual who was an employee of Company as of Executive’s Date of Terminationservices.

Nonsolicitation.
