Common use of Nonsolicitation of Customers Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Customers. During his employment and for one (1) year thereafter, Executive will not solicit or induce any customer or actively sought prospective customer of Employer, with whom Executive had material contact during the last 24 months of his employment, for the purpose of providing products or services relating to pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals used to treat or prevent atherosclerosis.

Nonsolicitation of Customers. During his employment and for one (1) year thereafter, Executive will not solicit or induce any customer or actively sought prospective customer of Employer, with whom Executive had material contact during the last 24 months of his employment, for the purpose of providing products or services relating to pharmaceuticals or biopharmaceuticals used to treat or prevent atherosclerosisatherosclerosis by an anti-inflammatory mechanism.
