Common use of Nonsolicitation of Customers or Prospects Clause in Contracts

Nonsolicitation of Customers or Prospects. Executive agrees that during the term of Executive's employment with Company and for a period of one (1) year after the termination of such employment, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, separately or in association with others, interfere with, impair, disrupt or damage Company's relationship with any of its customers or customer prospects.
