NONPAYMENT AND PROCEDURES FOR DISCONNECTION. 9.1 If a Party is furnished Interconnection, Resale Services, Lawful Unbundled Network Elements, Collocation, functions, facilities, products and services under the terms of this Agreement in more than one (1) state, Sections 9.1 through 9.7, inclusive, shall be applied separately for each such state.
