NONPAYMENT AND PROCEDURES FOR DISCONNECTION. 18.1 If a Party is furnished Interconnection services under the terms of this Agreement in more than one state, language in Section 18.2 below through Section 18.9.3 below inclusive, shall be applied separately for each such state.
