Common use of Nondiversion of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Prior to the satisfaction of all liabilities with respect to persons whose Fund benefits are funded by this Agreement, amounts maintained with respect to this Agreement will only be used for the exclusive benefit of such persons and for payment of administrative expenses as determined in accordance with this Agreement. #1
