Common use of Nondiscretionary Investment Powers Clause in Contracts

Nondiscretionary Investment Powers. At the direction of the person authorized to direct such action as referred to in Article V hereof, but limited to those assets or categories of assets acceptable to the Trustee as referred to in Section 5.01, the Trustee, or the Trustee's designee or a broker/dealer as referred to in Section 5.04, is authorized and empowered:

Nondiscretionary Investment Powers. At the direction of the person authorized to direct such action as referred to in Article V IV hereof, but limited to those assets or categories of assets acceptable to the Trustee as referred to in Section 5.01Sections 3.01, the Trustee, or the Trustee's ’s designee or a broker/dealer as referred to in Section 5.044.07 and 4.08, is authorized and empowered:
