Accordingly, Tenant Xxxxxx agrees that it, and its partners, officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys, shall not intentionally and voluntarily disclose the terms and conditions of this Lease to any newspaper or other publication or any other tenant or apparent prospective tenant of the Building or other portion of the Project, or real estate agent, either directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Landlord, provided, however, that Tenant may disclose the terms to prospective subtenants or assignees under this Lease.

However, nothing contained in this section shall prevent any disclosure by Tenant required by applicable law or regulation.

Accordingly, Tenant agrees that it, and its partners, officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys, Agents shall not intentionally and or voluntarily disclose the terms and conditions of this Lease to any newspaper or other publication or any other tenant or apparent prospective tenant of the Building Building, the Premises or other portion of the Project, or real estate agent, either directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Landlord, provided, however, that Tenant may disclose the terms to prospective subtenants or assignees under this Lease.. 26.21

Accordingly, Tenant Xxxxxx agrees that it, and its partners, officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, agents and attorneys, shall not intentionally and voluntarily disclose the terms and conditions of this Lease to any newspaper or other publication or any other tenant or apparent prospective tenant of the Building or other portion of the ProjectProperty, or prospective real estate agent, either directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Landlord, provided, however, that Tenant may disclose the terms to prospective subtenants or assignees under this LeaseLease or as may be required pursuant to applicable Laws and regulations.

Tenant shall have the right to make any disclosures concerning this Lease and its terms which are required by law.

Landlord Disclosure of the terms could adversely affect the ability of Landlord to negotiate other leases and impair Landlord's ’s relationship with other tenants. tenants Accordingly, Tenant agrees that it, and its partners, officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys, shall not intentionally and voluntarily disclose the terms and conditions of this Lease to any newspaper or other publication or any other tenant or apparent prospective tenant of the Building or other portion of the ProjectPremises, or real estate agent, either directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Landlord, provided, however, that Tenant may disclose the terms to prospective subtenants or assignees under this Lease.

NONDISCLOSURE OF LEASE TERMS. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the terms of this Lease are confidential and constitute proprietary information of Landlord. Accordingly, Tenant agrees that it, and its partners, officers, directors, employees, agents and attorneys, shall not intentionally and voluntarily disclose the terms and conditions of this Lease to any newspaper or other publication or any other person, including without limitation, any other tenant or apparent prospective tenant of the Building or other portion of the Project, or real estate agent, either directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which Landlord may withhold in its sole discretion, provided, however, that Tenant may disclose the terms to prospective subtenants or assignees under this Lease.
